1. About us
Evocat is a brand owned by PT Evo Continental Trade. The evoct.id website and official Evocat sales channels, including WhatsApp +62 878-8674-8653, are operated by PT Evo Continental Trade. By using the site or buying through these channels you agree to these terms.
2. Product information and prices
We aim to show product information accurately. Photos may differ slightly from the actual product.
Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah and may change. The price that applies is the one on the invoice we send you.
3. Orders
Direct orders are placed through the official Evocat WhatsApp. An order is confirmed once payment is received.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example when stock runs out or a price is wrong. If you have already paid, you receive a full refund.
4. Payment
Payment is made through the method stated on the invoice (for example QRIS). Shipping cost is shown before you pay. We will never ask for your PIN, password, or OTP code.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped by third-party couriers to the address you provide. Delivery estimates follow the courier. Please make sure the address and recipient number are correct; buyer address errors may incur re-shipping costs.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
The names, logos, and content of Evocat, Cat's Favour, Giant Panda, and Oyen's Litter on this site belong to PT Evo Continental Trade or EVO Group companies and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
Our products are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis or treatment. Consult a veterinarian about your pet's health. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this site.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are first settled amicably.
