The evoct.id website and all official Evocat sales channels, including WhatsApp, are operated by PT Evo Continental Trade ("we"), which acts as the controller of your personal data.

2. Data we collect
Identity and contact details: name, phone/WhatsApp number, and email address.

3. Processing through WhatsApp
When you contact Evocat on WhatsApp at +62 878-8674-8653, your number, profile name, and messages are processed through the WhatsApp Business Platform provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.
We process this data for customer service and transactions: answering product questions, taking and recording orders, calculating shipping, sending invoices and payment instructions, confirming payments, and sharing delivery updates.
We only send messages related to your request or order. Promotional messages are sent only with your consent, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own terms and privacy policy.
4. How we use data
To process, ship, and invoice your orders.
